Chad Middleton

Chad is a native Mississippian and has been in the world of residential home building and inspection for more than 20 years. In 1999, Chad received his Residential Home Builder License from the MS State Board of Contractors and began his career as a residential home builder and remodeler. During this time he became extremely proficient by actively working with almost every trade. The experience he acquired has allowed him to learn and understand numerous residential home systems and their components. It also has fine tuned his personal relationship skills from numerous years of homeowner interactions, in turn allowing him to become extremely informative with his clients in regard to the home, its systems and components.
In 2017, Chad received his certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, passed the National Home Inspector Examination, and was licensed as a Mississippi Home Inspector by the Mississippi Home Inspection Board. Chad has since become a certified New Construction Inspector, ICC Residential Building Inspector, and a IAC2 Mold Inspector in order to expand his services.
Chad’s extensive residential building and remodeling background, married with his inspection experience and certifications offers a unique wealth of knowledge about your home that not all inspectors can give.
