Our walk around inspection is designed to be an economical inspection for the home owner to learn about the current condition of their home or the seller to prepare their home for sale. This inspection offers no written report, the inspector will walk through the home with you explaining any issues that may be present. You and your Realtor are welcome to take notes during this time and ask questions. Our fees are based on an hourly rate, typically about 2 hours, so the typical consultation is substantially lower than a Pre-Listing Inspection. You also have the freedom to decide what you want inspected. We can inspect the entire home as we do with a normal inspection, or you can specify specific areas of concern to concentrate on.
Our hourly rate for the Walk Around Inspection is $99 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
