The Pre-Listing Inspection allows a homeowner to review the home’s condition and have time to make any necessary repairs/upgrades prior to listing. The homeowner takes the sale process into their own hands by knowing what will be found or if any serious conditions exist within their home – giving comfort to the seller during the negotiation process instead of waiting to determine what the buyer’s report will contain.
Inspection will cover:
- Electrical System
- Heating and Air Conditioning System
- Plumbing System
- Roof
- Attic
- Exterior and Foundation
- Interior; including Windows, Ceilings, Walls, Doors, and Floors
- Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Potential safety hazards
- Insulation and Ventilation
- Structural
- Driveway and Sidewalks
- Additional areas of concern can be addressed in the report
- Crawl Spaces (Additional Fee)
- Pool (Additional Fee)
This service will typically take 2-3 hours on the property and a report will be produced to the homeowner within 24 hours. If the homeowner has any concerns with the contents of the report, I am available by phone or email.
