The Standard Home Inspection is typically ordered after a home sale has been executed to allow the buyer to determine if there are any concerns about the property that should be addressed prior to closing. This inspection allows a home-buyer to become comfortable with the condition of the property and the major systems of the home, uncovering costly repairs prior to closing can eliminate significant stress associated with such a large purchase. This is also a great opportunity for a buyer to learn about the property’s maintenance needs.
Inspection will cover:
- Electrical System
- Heating and Air Conditioning System
- Plumbing System
- Roof
- Attic
- Exterior and Foundation
- Interior; including Windows, Ceilings, Walls, Doors, and Floors
- Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Potential safety hazards
- Insulation and Ventilation
- Structural
- Driveway and Sidewalks
- Additional areas of concern can be addressed in the report
- Crawl Spaces (Additional Fee)
- Pool (Additional Fee)
This service will typically take 2-3 hours on the property (depending on the size of the home) and a report will be produced for the buyer and buyer’s agent within 24 hours. If the buyer has any concerns with the contents of the report, I am available by phone or email.
